Learn how to take effective action to manage the stress in your life and the importance of developing a balanced approach to stress management. Through interactive lectures, discussions and workshops, participants gain insight into the types of stress – physical, psychological, and psychosocial and how these trigger the body’s stress response. Participants also learn how to identify their individual stress response and how to implement balanced coping techniques that are appropriate to their individual lifestyle and situation.
